Refund Policy

We provide 100% peace of mind to all our participants. If the Participant is dissatisfied with our course delivery, he/she can claim a 100% money return after the second session. Our refund policy states:

1. The refund policy is only applicable to all types of instructor-led courses, and not applicable to self-learning programs.

2. Participants should share feedback immediately after the class.

3. Both 1st and 2nd session attendance is mandatory. (Live participation)

4. The participant should officially write an email to us at info@genielanguages.com (Within 42 Hours)

5. If participants have downloaded previous sessions recording, material, or any digital rights property of Genie Languages from the LMS, no refund can be claimed.

6. Refunds will be processed to the main source through which we captured the online registration.

7. It takes up to 6 – 8 working days for banks to process the refund.

8. In any other case, we won’t be able to refund the fee.

Attending both 1st and 2nd session is mandatory at Genie Languages, we would not be able to refund without attendance for both 1st and 2nd class .

We use an online learning management system that provides user-wise information. Before processing the refund we definitely check your activity around LMS.

No, at Genie Languages we are very strong with our business ethics, our refund policy has no catch, no conditions other than the mentioned above.

For example, if you’re registered for the batch starting on 30th March – 31st March, lesson 1 and 2 means you must attend that 30th March and 31st March class to be eligible for the refund. By any chance, if you have missed both the lesson 1a and 2 (or shifted your enrollment to other dates) and you’ve attended the next classes after that, that session will be considered as the 3nd session. You can not claim a refund in that case.
